Private iPhone testing

ShlamaMatch is currently available to invited testers through Apple TestFlight. Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open your ShlamaMatch invitation email and follow Apple’s instructions. Installing TestFlight by itself does not give access to ShlamaMatch.

To ask about testing, email support. Sending an email is a request, not an automatic invitation. Public App Store availability will be announced here when the app is released.

Confirming a new account

Create your account in ShlamaMatch, then open the confirmation email sent to that address. Use the newest valid link. After confirmation, return to the app and sign in. Confirmation links must be valid before an account can be confirmed; opening a website page alone does not confirm an account.

If the email has not arrived, check Junk or Spam and the address you entered. If you already have a confirmed account, sign in instead of creating it again. Contact support if the app reports an error.

Password reset codes

On Sign in, choose Forgot password. Enter your account email, then use the code in the newest recovery email to choose a new password in the app. Do not share that code. If you have requested several emails, use only the latest one.

Photo review and Discover

Complete your details and submit three profile photos plus the separate selfie. After approval, choose Publish my profile. Only eligible approved and published members appear in Discover. There may be few profiles during private testing.

Visibility and deletion

Pause my profile hides you from Discover. Existing matches may still message you; use block or unmatch to end a connection. To remove your account, open Delete account and complete the confirmation steps. If it does not finish, retry or contact support.

Report a safety concern

Use Report or Block in the app, or email support with details. ShlamaMatch support is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
